Tony Dulaney worked his way from the ground up in the restaurant industry, eventually becoming a lead chef, all with the goal of owning his own restaurant.
His culinary experience inspired him to prepare some of the very best freeze-dried dishes you'll ever try. From endearing comfort foods such as our southern inspired Biscuits and Sausage Gravy, to classic gourmet meals like our savory Beef Bourguignon, you can taste the dedication he has to please his customers' palates.
Caryn Stinson is no stranger to a kitchen either, also having worked in the restaurant industry, but with a focus more on marketing, management and product development.
She first worked with freeze-dried foods through another national company, but dreamed of being able to produce her own line of freeze-dried foods & snacks.
It was only a matter of time before these two dreams came together and Fastgroup Foods was born. Truly a match forged from the heat of the kitchen and bonded together in the sub-zero temperatures of freeze drying.
